Africa is the most represented continent within PREZODE, Zambia and Cameroon being the 10^th and 11^h African nations to join PREZODE, along with Burkina Faso, Congo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Guinea Conakry, Madagascar, Morocco, Senegal, and Zimbabwe.

Within the Initiative, South and Central Americas are represented by Costa Rica, Chile, Cuba, Dominica, Haiti, Mexico, and Uruguay; the Southeast Asia Region encompasses Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam; The European zone includes Belgium, France, and the United Kingdom.
