On the program of the Assembly: Presentation of the main bodies of PREZODE and call for contributions; Presentation and discussions on the Strategic Agenda; Presentation of the proposed working-group on labelling, Q&R sessions, roundtables, and key statements. Dr. Jean-Luc Angot, Special Envoy for PREZODE appointed by the French President, Emmanuel Macron, will chair the General Assembly.

After a process involving the community in numerous working groups at different stages within the last few months, the Preparatory Committee sent PREZODE’s governance status and the Initiative Strategic Agenda on September 27.

From October 4th to October 10, each member of the initiative is invited to vote for the governance, through a referendum. In accordance with the rule One member – One vote, each member shall designate a single individual to participate in the ballot. A secured and individual link, ensuring anonymity and regularity of the voting will be provided. Results will be announced during the General Assembly.

Nominated participants among the members will receive an individual link to participate and attend the GA. The event will also be streamed in order to allow a wider audience to watch the event.

Members are strongly encouraged to formally designate a representative as soon as possible.
